I’m a personal trainer and qualified nutrition advisor, and I’ve been helping women lose weight, build confidence, and feel better in their bodies for over 6 years.
My approach is all about balance — no extremes, no restriction — just simple, realistic habits that fit into your life and get results that last.
Outside of coaching, I love spending time with friends and family, going on long walks with my dog Fred 🐾, and being active — especially lifting at the gym. I’m also a big foodie and love cooking, travelling, BBQs in the summer, and the sea is definitely my calm place 🌊
I love being active, but also love lying on the sofa having a good TV binge — usually crime dramas or reality shows 😅 (and I do love a good musical too!)
