3 Reasons I use Notion for Business & Life
ppl often ask me "why do you use Notion"?
to be honest, it was a love at first sight. the first time i saw and tried it, it just clicked. reflecting back, here are the 3 reasons i still love it & use it today:
- the flexibility and customization. when i use a tool and something just does not work the way i want it to work, i get frustrated pretty quickly. in Notion, i can make it look and work exactly the way i like it. it's huge one for me. i think my ADHD brain loves this one as well 🧠
for example, i tried multiple task management/to-do list apps, and i just could not find one that would have all those features that i need.
- all-in-one-place. Notion can cover 80% or more of all systems i need for both business and personal life. being digital minimalist and a productivity coach, i value ability to have LESS tools. i try to resist introducing a new tool in my toolbox because of the learning curve to learn & get used to a new app/tool, switching time to jump between the apps and potential connectivity/compatibility issues.
- finally, they keep improving it with new features (e.g. Calendar, AI, agents) and integrations with other tools. it's a tool that gets better and better.
