This team is built on a commitment to leadership, learning, and encouragement. We believe leadership is not a solo journey—it’s something we grow into together by learning from both success and failure, supporting one another through challenge, and staying grounded in purpose, integrity, and faith.
My role within the Northbound Community focuses on coaching and mentoring that blends adventure, and real-world experience to help individuals and teams grow with clarity and intention. I served as a U.S. Air Force officer for over 20 years, leading teams in high-stakes environments where trust, adaptability, and mission focus were essential.
Through coaching and collaborative learning, we help develop vision, confidence, and values-based leadership rooted in faith. Adventure plays a key role in our approach. Having backpacked more than 1,500 miles on the Pacific Crest Trail, I’ve seen how challenge, reflection, and reliance on God deepens resilience, humility, and a Christ-centered approach.
