Hey everyone! 👋🏾 I’m Virginia J Boykin, and I’m the founder of The Step Up Collective, a nonprofit I created with one mission in mind: helping our youth, families, and community take the next brave step toward stability, support, and success.

We focus on empowering children, teens, and families in Philadelphia through mental health support, resources, advocacy, and community-based programs. Basically — when people don’t know where to turn, we show up. 💙

I’ve been in the entrepreneurial world for a minute now, building both a for-profit agency AND this nonprofit at the same time. And let me keep it real — this journey has tested my patience, my Wi-Fi, and my edges… but I’m still standing! 😄🔥

What I’m hoping to get from this community is CONNECTION. We’re growing, expanding, and stepping into new partnerships — so if you’re into youth programs, mental health advocacy, women-led nonprofits, or community work, I’d love to connect.
