🚀 Value & Transparency is the New Currency

Hey everyone! I run a community here on Skool called Claude Code University. I teach business owners how to use AI to automate or streamline their business, get more customers and lower costs. The community is oriented around transparency and value, especially because of the niche I'm in!

So many of the YouTubers or "AI people" have become entertainment creators now that AI is super popular in the mass media. They focus on getting clicks instead of solving problems and so that's my entry point and UVP.

I make boring, yet undeniably valuable content that's actually real-world applicable for business owners, then I get them into my community where they learn everything they need to know to make their own software, get customers, and build a brand with AI - especially for those who don't want to pay for the fabled "AI Agency" and would rather do it themselves.

I got my first $150 MRR ($400 cash collected) in my first 2 weeks from a lucky viral YouTube video that got about 45 trials into my community. Sadly, most of the cards were denied due to insufficient funds, so I'm increasing the price and turning off the free trial to increase the perceived value of the community (honestly it was too cheap anyways, made it seem low-quality).
