About Me... Olabisi Olatunji
I'm a Community & Social Media Manager with 3+ years of experience building and running communities across gaming and Web3, on Discord, Telegram and Reddit.
My work goes beyond posting and moderating. I've built server structures and onboarding systems from scratch, run moderation and support operations, managed ambassador programs, and worked on the engagement and retention side, turning passive members into people who actually stick around and contribute.
At Endless Protocol, I ran and managed the ambassador program for a 170K+ member Discord and Telegram community, owning the structure ambassadors work inside and keeping the day to day conversation healthy. I also built a Discord community from zero for a UK gaming client ARC Raiders Community, and led moderation and support for Thug City Project TonFish, where I cut support ticket volume by 20% through better triage. I'm currently a volunteer Community Manager for The Games Ark.
If you're hiring for a Community Manager, Community Lead or Social Media Manager role, especially in gaming or Web3, I'd love to connect.
💰 Expected Compensation: $2,000+ depending on scope and responsibility
📍 open to remote and global roles
Looking forward to connecting with everyone here.
