Hi everyone, Olabisi here
I’m a Community & Growth operator with 3+ years of experience across Web3 and gaming communities. I’ve worked heavily with Discord and social communities from structuring servers and moderation systems to onboarding, events, engagement, retention, creator outreach, and ambassador programs.
One of my recent projects was Endless Protocol, where I worked with a 170K+ member Discord community and helped with community structure, engagement systems, events, onboarding, moderation, and the ambassador program. I’ve also worked on building communities from scratch and turning passive members into active contributors. I’m particularly interested in the intersection of Web3, community growth and user participation. I’m here to learn, share what I’ve worked on, and connect with other people building in the space.
