Hello everyone!
Hello everyone, my name is Tomáš Havrda and I would like to share with you my journey that brought me here, to the Nonbusy community.
Professionally, I have been working as a Enterprise Architect and Lecturer for over 20 years. I work with owners and managers of successful companies in the Czech Republic and abroad, helping them transform their companies—especially when they are transitioning from family management to professional management or when they are dealing with the transfer of their companies to other members of their families. I also specialize in process automation using AI and cybersecurity.
In my personal life, I have been leading the "ICA Free Entrepreneurs" community for 15 years, which focuses on a healthy work-life balance. I also lead the "Supporters Group" community, where we develop our intuitive abilities to work with the collective field through meditation, constellations, and visualization.
Why am I here at Nonbusy? Because I believe that people can work less, maybe just 4 hours a day, and still have enough money and time for what really fulfills them—family, hobbies, personal projects. That's why I support Jakub Pacanda in his mission to change the way most people in this world think about their professional lives.
