Quick reality check.
I see too many of you forcing yourselves into business boxes that don't fit your brains.
Here's what I wish someone told me 6 years ago:
Your ADHD hyperfocus isn't unprofessional, it's your secret weapon. Use it.
Your autistic need for structure isn't limiting, it creates better systems than chaos ever could.
Your "weird" work schedule isn't lazy, it's optimized for YOUR brain chemistry.
Your selective client approach isn't picky, it's protecting your energy for great work.
Stop apologizing for how your brain works best.
The clients worth having? They'll respect your boundaries and working style.
The ones who don't? Not your people anyway.
What neurotypical business "rule" are you ready to ditch?
