If you had to read one book
You know what's exhausting?
Caring about everything.
Caring what your boss thinks. What your parents expect. What society demands. What that random person on the internet said about you at 2 AM.
Your brain wasn't designed to carry the weight of 8 billion opinions.
And here's the uncomfortable truth most self-help gurus won't tell you:
You don't have unlimited f*cks to give.
You've got maybe... five. Per day. If you're lucky.
So the question isn't "How do I care more?"
The question is: "What deserves the few f*cks I actually have?"
Because while you're busy stressing about being productive enough, likeable enough, successful enough...
Life is happening.
And you're missing it.
So today, we're talking about the subtle art of not giving a f*ck.
Not about becoming a nihilistic jerk.
But about choosing your battles. Protecting your energy. And investing your very limited supply of caring... into what actually matters.
Let's dive in.
