The rule is simple:
Tell the truth about something you're struggling with.
Not the Instagram version. The real version.
I'll go first:
This week, I told myself I was "too busy" to engage in this community.
But the truth?
I was scared.
Scared that if I showed up and nobody responded, it would confirm that I'm not actually helping anyone.
So I hid behind "client work" and "strategy sessions."
Classic imposter syndrome + RSD combo.
But here's what I'm learning:
Community isn't built by people who have it all together.
It's built by people who show up anyway.
Messy. Confused. Figuring it out as we go.
So here's my promise:
Every Friday, I'm confessing something real.
Not to trauma-dump.
But to remind us all: we're human.
And being human in business is actually the competitive advantage.
