🗺️ Mapping the Lentil — A Primary Route
I added a new Mapmakers page in the Primary Routes Folder tracing how lentils traveled from the Fertile Crescent across the Mediterranean and into the Americas.
It’s a simple route — shaped by storage, migration, and necessity — but it shows how food, culture, and familiarity move quietly with people over time, and become embedded in the evolving culture.
