intro + indie tours + mix & mastering

what's up yall I don't think I made a post yet but I'm Nico, artist name Nicodagoat based in Atlanta. Appreciate being allowed in here, the YouTube videos are like bible scriptures.

First question I have for the community is for any advice on scheduling tours as an indie artist? I'm starting to get a few shows now in Atlanta and I've done two in Birmingham but I want to try for other cities too. I have a nice looking EPK I would say but the venues don't hit back. Is it just a "not big enough" thing or just about finding the right venues? How have y'all gone about it successfully?

Second question is what would you guys say is the best way to learn to mix and master? I have a good mic and set up but I usually record myself on GarageBand. Should I just YouTube it? Thank you in advance!
