More baby steps
Let's continue from yesterday. You don't get to jump to the top of a ladder. You have to climb. Changing anything in your life takes work and time. You don't snap out of depression, you claw your way out. once you realize that good things don't come easy you will put your head down and push for what you want. There will be obstacles. Ogres, dragons taxes, rules. who knows. You can't out run a dragon, it flies. You can't stab it from behind, it has scales. You have to face it. Obstacles are the same way.
