Hey fellow runners! Hope you're all crushing your goals out there.
I just finished a half-marathon yesterday and managed a new PB of 1:52 – pretty stoked about that! Now I'm looking ahead and hoping to drop down to 1:45 by August 17th, with an ultimate goal of hitting 1:40 by October 26th.
I've been researching different coaching options to help me get there, and I came across Nick's coaching program here. Since it seems to be relatively new, I haven't been able to find many reviews or testimonials online yet.
For those of you who are here for quite some time, I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience. Have you seen good progress? What's been working well for you?
Also, I'd love to hear from anyone about whether my timeline seems realistic – going from 1:52 to 1:40 over the next few months. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!
