At the beginning of class, I like to ask my students to be aware of when the “yoga feeling” washes over them.
Sutra 1.1 tells us "Now yoga begins."
Yoga is now, the ever present NOW, always in the present moment. But is there a moment in your practice – whether it’s breathwork, asana, meditation, or a combo – where you feel you embody that more than your every day life?
And if so, what is the mechanism that triggers it?
Is it different every time?
Is it something you can rely on to always get you there?
