I’ve been documenting every step of my growth in this industry, and today I want to share just how important mentorship truly is.

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to have our mentor

review my second-round group interview. He gave me powerful insight on how to frame my answers in a way that helps me stand out—and actually enjoy the interview process, instead of stressing through it.

At the end of the review, Daniel told me, “I think this owner likes you—I’d be surprised if you don’t get picked.” That alone gave me a huge confidence boost.

And sure enough… 30 minutes after our call, I got an email: I’ve moved to the next step—the 1-on-1 interview!

I’m beyond excited and grateful to move forward, no matter the final outcome—because I know I’m growing. And that’s what this journey is all about.🙏👊
