ManyChat/Instagram | Product's Image/Video Shared at Next-Gen Marketers
Task 1: Instagram + ManyChat Automation Setup
Goal: Create an Instagram profile, link it with ManyChat, post AI-generated content, and set up comment-to-DM automation.
Step 1: Instagram Profile Setup
* Create a Business or Creator account on Instagram. Complete all profile details, including the bio, profile picture, category, and contact information.
* Connect your Instagram account to a Facebook Page (this step is required for ManyChat integration).
Step 2: Connect ManyChat
* Create an account on ManyChat.
* Go to Settings > Instagram and link your Instagram professional account.
* Grant all necessary permissions (access to comments and direct messages).
Step 3: Generate and Post AI Image
* Generate an image using an AI tool of your choice (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Leonardo AI, or Canva AI).
* Draft an engaging caption that includes a specific trigger keyword (e.g., "Comment 'PRICE' below to learn more").
* Publish the post on Instagram.
Step 4: Generate and Post AI Video
* Create a short video using an AI video generator (e.g., Runway, Pika, CapCut AI, or InVideo AI).
* Upload it as an Instagram Reel using a strong caption paired with a keyword call-to-action (CTA).
Step 5: Create ManyChat Automation
* In ManyChat, navigate to the Instagram Growth Tool / Comments Automation section.
* Set the Trigger: Trigger the workflow when a user comments with your specified keyword (e.g., "PRICE", "INFO").
* Set the Action: Automatically send a Direct Message (DM) containing a welcome message and the requested link/information.
* (Optional) Set up an automated public reply to the comment itself.
Step 6: Test and Refine
* Comment on your post from a secondary Instagram account to verify that the automated DM is sent instantly.
* Refine the automation flow by adding time delays, follow-up messages, or additional steps as needed.
Step 7: Share Profile Link in Response
