Hey all!

I'm Ashley, I'm a qualified solicitor who specialises in contract law, and an award-winning entrepreneur in the world of e-commerce. I have the ambition to move my portfolio into property investment, in the area of HMOs.

I have been a great fan of Rick, and his wife, giving us a great insight into what property investment is really like, showing the real truth, the good, bad and ugly. I have a copy of Ricks’ book, “45 Way To Buy Property” and this was such an extra insight into how anyone can get into this property investment, and shows you don’t need a lot to get started in.
