Integration Anyone??!?!?
I have been riding the way of integration and inspiration!
One day my energy is high, I'm tapping in, Ideas are flowing, I'm cleansing and clearing all the things. The next day I'm exhausted, headache, body aches on full rest mode.
Today I asked what was going on and was told its integration, alchemy, digestion, and the start-stop energy of the collective. The energy of the first 2 weeks of the month and all the things being brought to our collective attention on the things that ARE NOT working for us has been heavy, heavy. I am being reminded that even though I want to just run run run Into all the new, I first have to sit with self care and let my human process.
