Are you reluctant to change? There could be a hesitance due to past experiences. But also dont be too hasty either. Weigh all sides before moving forward.

Try out BEE breath to focus and clear the mind.
Relax your shoulders, close your throat slightly so you can hear your breath. Cover your ears with your thumbs, and your eyes with your fingers. Keep lips closed lightly and your teeth slightly apart relax your jaw, and breathe out slowly making a long, low humming sound. Inhale quick and deeply, make your exhalations long and smooth. Repeat 5 to 10 times.
