Hi 👋 I’m Natalie, creator of SEND Support Circle
I’m 40 years old, have two grown up children now; my son is 20 and currently studying at University and my daughter is 17 (almost 18) and a very talented writer and artist!
I am fully qualified SENCO & Assistant Headteacher with over 13 years teaching experience.
My daughter is neurodiverse (ASD and ADHD), meaning I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge and experience from the challenges and barriers we have faced throughout her educational journey!
😩 Feeling as though you are constantly battling with professionals to ensure adequate provision and support for your child!
😴 Tired of the struggles associated with EHCP’s or requesting assessment from Educational Psychologists and other specialist practitioners.
😔 Disappointed when people just don’t understand:
“She looks fine to me!”
“She’s really good and quiet in school!”
“We don’t see any of those behaviours!”
😭 Exhausted with constantly feeling as though you are fighting a losing battle!
I would like to grow this community, and create a sanctuary for parents and carers facing similar challenges!
I am aiming to post helpful content and tailor personalised advice, guidance and support for struggling parents/carers, depending on individual needs and circumstances.
My big goal is to eventually offer online courses, templates, bespoke consultations, and whatever else might be required - who knows? 😬🙏🥰

I was diagnosed with combined type ADHD about 2-3 years ago 🧠 🙈😂😂😂
My life makes sense now, and I think ADHD can be a superpower 🦸♀️ and a curse 🫣 however, we can save that for another day 😬😂
