Hi everyone! 👋
I’m Giana Smith, your Neurodiversity Systems Consultant & ADHD Specialist, and I am thrilled to welcome you to the NeuroBlueprint Lab Founding Cohort.
Over the next 12 weeks, we’re going to:
- Explore evidence-informed strategies that support neurodivergent learners in classrooms and therapy sessions
- Apply practical tools and exercises you can implement immediately
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and clinicians to create systems that actually work
- Reflect, troubleshoot, and share wins in a supportive professional community
This isn’t just about learning theory. It’s about building real systems, seeing results, and growing your professional toolkit while supporting your students and clients.
Here’s how to get started:
- Introduce yourself in the Introductions thread – tell us your name, role, location, and one challenge you’re currently facing with neurodivergent learners.
- Complete the Pre-Work Survey – this helps me tailor the Lab to your needs.
- Read the “Navigating Skool” guide to get familiar with how the group works.
