You need more truth.
Most people say:
“I don’t have time.
”But if we audited your day… the truth would show up real fast.
It’s not a time problem
It’s a priority and avoidance problem.
We avoid the things that feel uncomfortable:
– Reaching out
– Posting content
– Having hard conversations
– Taking real responsibility
So what do we do instead?
We stay “busy.”
Busy feels productive… but it’s usually just disguised procrastination.
Answer emails.
Scroll.
Tweak things that don’t matter.
Plan instead of execute.
And at the end of the day, you’re exhausted… with nothing meaningful moved forward.
Here’s the shift:
Start measuring your day by courage, not activity.
Ask yourself:
👉 “Did I do the thing I’ve been avoiding?”
Because that one thing?
That’s usually the needle mover.
Not the easy tasks.
Not the comfortable ones.
The one that creates resistance in your body.
That’s the one that changes your life.
So instead of saying “I don’t have time”…
be honest enough to say:
“I’m avoiding something.”
Then go do it.
Because growth isn’t a time game…
It’s a truth game.
