Hey 👋 My name is Chris and i am from Germany but currently living in Portugal 🇵🇹
Since 12 years i am excited about everything related to the human body, nutrition, health and fitness.
During Covid I started my business as an Personaltrainer and online Health & Fitness Coach. My goal is to help as many people as possible to re-gain their health an become the best version of themself.
I am always looking for new opportunities to provide my clients the easiest and most sustainable way to lose weight, gain muscle and be healthy. Thats way AI plays in important role in my business.
Currently, i am using a software, which allows people to track their food simply by making a picture of their meals. So they don't need to measure and type in every single ingredient.
I'm excited to learn more about AI and how it's used in Business and other aspects of life :)
