We own and operate our own NEMT company in Charlotte, NC, and we share what we're doing in real time. But this group is not a one-way feed. It works because members bring what they're dealing with in their own markets, and we grow faster by learning from each other's wins and skipping the mistakes another operator already paid for.
What you get:
A monthly live call to network with other providers, ask questions, and talk through what's working and what isn't. Operators at every stage trading what works: marketing, sales, facility partnerships, tech stack, pricing, processes, operations, etc.
Inactive members get removed so the group stays valuable for the people who show up. If you're building an NEMT business and want people to build it with, you'll fit right in.

This has been a great addition to the other sources I rely on to help me stay up to date on marketing, operations, and general information. Hearing that I am not alone, and we all are facing similar challenges and learning what others are doing is a huge help.
