Most of what is shared in the NDIS space is theory
What matters is what actually works in practice.
Across our group, we have built or are in the process of building and operating multiple organisations within the NDIS and allied health sectors, including:

These businesses have been developed within the NDIS environment, working with real participants, real staff and real operational requirements.
The systems, documentation and frameworks shared inside this community are not hypothetical.
They are based on how providers actually operate.
Many providers attempt to piece this together over time through trial and error.
Others start with structured systems and refine from there.
