The situation:
A couple is suddenly adrift on a small raft/dinghy. Supplies are limited. No comms. Rescue could be days… or months. The first hard decision is water—and whatever you choose will affect both survival and morale.
Crew Vote (pick one):
A) Strict rationing from Day 1 (fixed sips per person per day; no exceptions)
B) Flexible rationing (a baseline, but drink more on high-stress/high-heat days)
C) Delay strict rationing (prioritize morale/clarity early, tighten rules later)
