Learn to be a CAD MASTER!
Hey Filament Junkies!
If you’re interested in 3D design or making your own projects, I highly recommend checking out Fusion 360.
Fusion 360 is a powerful CAD program that you can actually download for free if you’re using it for personal or hobby purposes. It’s used for things like 3D modeling, product design, and even preparing files for 3D printing.
What I like about it is that you don’t need expensive courses to get started. There are a lot of free tutorials on YouTube that can teach you step by step.

This tutorial walks you through the basics like the interface, sketching, and creating your first 3D objects.
If you follow tutorials like this consistently, you can get surprisingly far in a short time. You’ll be able to design your own parts, tools, or even full projects.
So if you’ve been thinking about learning design or CAD, just download Fusion 360 and start with some YouTube tutorials. It’s one of the easiest ways to get into creating your own ideas in 3D.
