Introduction
Hello Skool community! Here is my intro: I am an Exponential Success Coach who’s passionate about helping small business owners and leaders navigate the shift into AI and the future of work. I bring a blend of coaching, strategy, and systems thinking to the table—with the goal of making change feel not just doable, but exciting and aligned.
My background includes certifications with the International Coaching Federation (PCC), Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC), and as an ExO Consultant (based on the Exponential Organizations framework by Salim Ismail and Peter Diamandis). These tools have shaped how I support others—combining heart, structure, and exponential mindset in equal parts.
My guiding purpose is:
