Smudging
Smudging with incense and your select intention and your choice of incense
.....when smudging, it is best to have an incense holder and a specific type of lighter or a match to light the incense stick. As you hold it in between your fingertips at the end which is not lit, you can ask the incense to smudge your aura, in doing so, you should be able to gently rotate the lit stick around your aura, just marginally within distance so as to ensure that its fully cleared.....
1. write your intention down on a bit of paper and have it in front of you so you can journal with your results afterwards
2. After you got your intention, keep this in mind and picture the word within the smoke so that the smoke vibrational clears away what's needed and leaves the good residue within the stick.
