Love is My Compass
Stopping in to say hello. Also to drop a poem and a song to express my love for us all. Much love.🙏🏼
PRESENCE
Pressure
time
space
I am here
in this watery prism
of light
and no light
all colors
and no color at all.
I am here
I recognize me
floating around
I hear the sound of my
Beating heart
As I close my eyes
And rest my weary
Head upon my
Downy pillow.
I am still
As my consciousness
Is wide awake
And alert to everything
Even recognizing
Every thought as random
Fluctuations
Of minds heart
Grasping for release.
This body resists it's effort
The mind
Holding up signs
STOP!
Recognize me first
There is so much to do
And so little time
Especially if I want to survive.
Keep thinking
Keep figuring it out.
I have learned by now
I can think for an eternity
And get nowhere if I
Followed minds advice.
And so...
I lay there
And listen to my breath
I am not "me" alone here
There is a soft comfort
In my heart
A friendly remembrance
I have known forever
My body relaxes
I take a very deep breath
And I become
The wind
It's here in this invisible space
I am my true self
And no self at all.
The personality steps
The gender steps back
The world steps back.
What I "feel" is "my" universe
I spread out into the allness
And stay in this small space.
I envelop everything
And I know I am nothing at all
I become oneness
The oneness knows it "is"
And is understands
It is more than these words
And its that one brief eternal moment
Nothing need be said
It is what it is...
