Reflection for Today
Sometimes growth isn't about finding the perfect answer.
It's about asking better questions.
This week reminded me that every opportunity deserves to be evaluated on its own merits—not through the lens of past disappointments.
It's easy to let one or two bad experiences become the filter through which we view every future opportunity.
I've done that.
Today reminded me that staying open doesn't mean lowering your standards.
It means gathering the facts, listening carefully, and letting your values—not your fears—guide your decisions.
Whether you're looking for a new career, building a business, improving your health, or simply trying to become a better leader...
Stay curious.
Stay grounded.
And remember...
The right opportunity won't require you to become someone you're not.
It will allow you to become more of who you already are.
