I want to take a moment to apologize for missing the rest of this week. Between getting the kids ready for their first day of school 👩🏽‍🏫📚 and not feeling my best due to lingering effects from my stroke 🧠💔 — it’s been a lot. But that’s okay… because we don’t let setbacks stop us. 🙏🏽💪🏽

This journey is real. And sometimes life will hit you hard… but we don’t quit. We pivot. We keep going. We adjust the schedule, not the vision. 🙌🏽🔥

To give myself space to heal and still show up strong for you, I’ll be switching up the weekly schedule just a bit:

🗓️ MONDAY – Still the same time

🗓️ TUESDAY – Same time, but Tech Tuesday will now be every other week

🗓️ WEDNESDAY – Still 10:30 AM, but every other week

🗓️ THURSDAY – Time will now be 12 PM EST, and also every other week

🗓️ The rest of the week will stay the same
