The next chapter has arrived. And I have been waiting a long time for this one. 💙

Every modality in this series opened a door. Jin Shin Jyutsu was the first door. Reiki walked me deeper. Healing Touch gave me the nursing framework. Yoga gave me the body. Hypnotherapy gave me the subconscious. Chakra balancing gave me the map.

Core Star Energy Healing is the room at the end of the hall that all of those doors were always pointing toward.

And the person who holds the key to that room is one of my dearest friends.

✦ Meet Lynn Johnson-Soulier ✦

Lynn Johnson-Soulier is a healer, teacher, yoga instructor, herbalist, aromatherapist, doula, organic gardener, and the Director of The Core Star School of Energy Healing — nestled in the rolling hills near the Missouri River in Kansas City, Missouri, in a historic home surrounded by community gardens and a nature sanctuary she calls Gardens of Delight. 🌿

The name says everything about who Lynn is.

She is a graduate of the Core Star School herself — and then stayed for four more years as an assistant instructor, pouring herself into the transmission of this work with the devotion of someone who understood from the inside exactly what it does to a person. She has provided over 10,000 individual healing sessions. She has studied at the Austral-Asian School of Herbal Studies in Oregon, holds a Diploma in Aromatherapy from the Institute of Integrative Aromatherapy, and has trained in both Anusara and Kundalini Yoga.

She is, in the truest sense, a whole healer. A nurse of the soul. And she is now the director of a school that is changing the lives of everyone who walks through its doors.

I am honored beyond words to call her my friend. And I am beyond excited to tell you what she teaches. 💙

✦ What is Core Star Energy Healing? ✦

Core Star Energy Healing is a comprehensive, multi-level school of energy healing that works with the full spectrum of the human energy field — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual — through advanced hands-on healing techniques, spiritual development practices, and the deep exploration of energy anatomy.

The name itself is significant. 🌟

The Core Star is the energetic center of the soul — the point of pure divine light that exists at the deepest core of every human being, beneath the wounds, the conditioning, the survival patterns, and the accumulated experiences of a lifetime. It is the place where you are most essentially, most inalterably yourself.

Core Star healing is the work of clearing what has covered that light — and restoring the full, radiant, coherent expression of who you truly are.

The Core Star curriculum is organized as a series of 4-day intensive workshops — beginning Thursday evening and concluding Sunday noon — that take students progressively deeper into the work. It is not a weekend course. It is a journey. 💙

The curriculum covers 👇

🌟 The Human Energy Field — a comprehensive understanding of the biofield that surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body. Learning to perceive it, assess it, and work with it with skill and precision.

💜 Advanced Chakra Work — far beyond the introductory chakra knowledge most energy workers carry. The Core Star curriculum works with the chakras at a depth that reveals their relationship to the organs, the emotional body, the mental patterns, and the spiritual dimensions of the human being simultaneously.

⚡ Perceiving & Moving Energy — developing the hands-on skills to genuinely feel the energy field, identify areas of congestion, depletion, and imbalance, and intentionally move energy in service of physical and emotional healing.

🔮 Spiritual Awareness & Intuition — developing the inner capacities that energy healing requires. The intuitive knowing. The spiritual discernment. The capacity to work not just with the physical and emotional layers of a person but with the soul dimension of their healing.

🌿 Self Healing & Healing Others — learning to apply these skills both personally and in practice. Because a healer who cannot receive healing cannot fully give it. Core Star understands this from the ground up.

I have spent decades learning modalities that each gave me a piece of something I was reaching toward. Each one real. Each one transformative. Each one adding a layer to my understanding of the human being as an energetic, spiritual, whole person who deserves more than clinical medicine alone can offer.

Core Star is the framework that holds all of those pieces together at their deepest level.

It is the most comprehensive energetic healing school I have encountered in Kansas City. And studying it is my next chapter — not just as a clinician and a teacher, but as a person who is still, after all these years, on the inside-out journey of her own healing. 💙

I cannot wait to add this chapter to my book of holistic healing modalities.
