One of the things I believe strongly is that progress comes from small, steady actions — not big overhauls.

👉 What’s one small thing that’s been helping you feel a little better lately? It could be something with movement, food, sleep, mindset, or even just taking a moment to slow down.
If nothing comes to mind yet, that’s okay too — sometimes noticing is the first step.
