🍃 Quick Gratitude Ritual
Blend: Lavender + Frankincense
  • 1 drop Lavender (for calm and reflection)
  • 1 drop Frankincense (for grounding and gratitude)
How to Use:
  • Diffuse for 10 minutes while journaling or meditating.
  • Mix with 1 tsp jojoba oil and apply to your wrists as a reminder to pause and appreciate the little things.
