Welcome! I'm Kimberly Armatys, certified aromatherapist and founder of My Healthy Wellness Coach, LLC – where holistic well-being meets the art and science of aromatherapy.
My aromatherapy journey began in 2014 and led to certification in 2021 after completing over 300 hours of coursework. I personally experienced aromatherapy's healing power during my recovery from carotid artery surgery, creating custom blends for inflammation, muscle recovery, and energy restoration.
Drawing from my 35+ years in accounting and tax management, I created my signature tool – the Blends Well With Mastery Guide. My analytical background and spreadsheet expertise allowed me to develop this innovative aromatherapy resource that simplifies essential oil blending.
