I know the day has just begun but I was so motivated I literally wrote out a schedule for today I have been wanting to get up and be at the gym by 5:30 but with my insomnia I just haven’t done it this morning I set my schedule set my alarm and was out the door at 5:15am and in the gym at 5:30 did a yoga session & bike session took my shower and green drink right on time this is a huge win for me so just wanted to share💪🏽 Does anyone else struggle with insomnia? If so how do you manage the early mornings without taking melatonin at night lol
