My Journey: From Struggle to Empowerment
Assalamu Alaikum, My Sisters.
I’ve decided to start something close to my heart, this community, where I empower Muslim mothers to recognise their worth, raise their children to please Allah, find their vision, and leave a lasting legacy. How you can impact your children’s faith and future as a mother — even if you start alone — while connecting with sisters who are walking the same path.
I’ll mentor you, guide you, and show you that you can be more empowered than you already are.
This is my story.
A Glimpse Into My Life
I grew up observing society and studying my own families the day Allah blessed me with my first born. I saw patterns repeating, cycles of struggle, and lives lived without purpose. I knew I didn’t want my life to end up this way and especially not for my children.
So, I started investing in myself. I read, I learned, and slowly, my mindset began to shift. I realised I wanted to break the cycle of mediocrity, of financial struggle, not out of arrogance, but because money gives freedom, and my children deserved a life beyond what I had seen around me. I wanted to raise my children on thew religion of Islam, and to do this I had to make this change happen internally within myself first.
Trials and Transformation
I went through a marriage breakup, which at the time felt devastating. Later, I understood that Allah broke me only to remake me.
I lived a life chained by financial dependence, bound by circumstances, and limited in my choices. Yet, I desired more, not wealth for luxury, but freedom to live according to my values and my deen.
I started small: fulfilling my basic deen obligations while learning how to earn money and create financial independence.
The Power of Istighfar and Surrender
Through this journey, I came across the power of istighfar. I asked myself, why is there a barrier between me and wealth? That question led me to a life-changing realisation.
Allah wanted me to surrender fully to Him.
If we don’t surrender, He will break us until we do.
I lived and learned both sides, fully immersed in Deen, fully immersed in Dunya, and eventually, I found the balance. With Allah at the center, that's when everything changes.
Learning and Growing Through Life and Business
Through my Dunya knowledge and my Deen knowledge, I grew stronger and more empowered. I raised my boys on Deen, Alhamdulillah, they are wonderful children.
Business became my teacher. It sharpened me, it pushed me, and it showed me my true potential. Even though I made lots of mistakes along the way, I learnt resilience and this just got me closer to my goals. While I was previously told I “couldn’t do anything” and was limited to being a wife and mother, I realised: my heart was made for more, and I could break free from the cage I didn’t know I was in.
After two years of growth, learning, and empowerment, my husband and I reconciled, but more importantly, I had become a stronger, wiser, and independent woman.
Why I’m Sharing This With You
Allah had inspired me along the way.
He is the one who pushed me to starting this journey. My heart was craving for more and I wanted to raise my children to become strong believers and leave a legacy of strong Muslims who would carry this forward to the next generation.
He revealed the first words: IQRA – Read. To me this was saying to myself "Everthing is about reading, Allah has showed us the way to learn why we are in this world, and it starts with IQRA - Read."
I was a woman of vision. I stopped waiting for others to understand, because while I waited, my children were growing, and time doesn’t wait for anyone. So I learned as I moved and with every step, Allah guided me.
My sister, you don’t need approval, or a village that doesn’t see your vision.
“They say it takes a village to raise a child.”
But I realised, those days are long gone. Because today, everyone is too busy, too distracted, too caught up in their own worlds to care.
So I stopped waiting for a village that no longer exists.
Because one mother, with tawakkul and a vision, can raise a child and shape the next generation, but it has to start with you 1st.
You just need faith, direction, and a heart that refuses to give up.
Allah inspired me to seek knowledge, business, and empowerment. And now, I want to pass this gift to you.
Sisters, your life can change with one decision. One decision to invest in yourself, to prioritise your growth, to embrace both Deen and Dunya, and to trust Allah’s plan.
By Allah’s will, I guide mothers to awaken their potential and raise strong believers, children who love Allah, serve with purpose, and carry their mother’s faith into generations to come.
I am here to show you how to unlock your potential, break free from limiting beliefs, and create a life you truly deserve, one filled with purpose, freedom, and empowerment.
Join me in this journey. Let’s empower ourselves, support each other, and leave a legacy that inspires generations to come.
