I would love to hear your thoughts about what might help you become comfortable making up music on the spot! Whether it’s singing, playing an instrument or banging some pots and pans (skilfully and respectfully 😝) around the house!
A couple of questions to think about: What would you like to be able to do when it comes to making spontaneous music? Is this realistic for you right now? And what can you do to get there?
