Welcome to Music Career Therapy
Hey, I'm Michael Winger — glad you're here.
I spent a decade as a touring musician before making my way into the industry side of things. I worked as Executive Director at the GRAMMY Organization and have recorded with artists like Feist, Tom Petty, Regina Spektor, and The Pretenders. I also run ArtistManagers.io, where artists can book time directly with professional managers.
I started Music Career Therapy because a lot of artists aren't quite ready for that step — but they still have real questions and usually don't know where to get those questions answered. That's what this community is for. Ask anything, connect with other artists and music professionals. We're here to help and look forward to seeing your career grow.
