Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.

## 💰 5. Refund Policy
### General Rule
All course fees are non-refundable once access to digital content has been granted.
### Exceptions (within 7 days only)
Refunds may be considered for:
• Duplicate payments
• Technical access failure caused by the platform
### Live Course Bookings
• Cancellation > 7 days before course → 50% refund
• Cancellation ≤ 7 days → No refund
Failure to attend scheduled sessions does not qualify for a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
