DEPLOY THIS:

1) Go to heygen.com and sign in.
2) Click Create Video > Talking Photo (fastest).
3) Upload your headshot or pick a presenter; choose a natural US voice.
4) Paste this script (edit [brackets] and {braces}):
"Hey {firstname}, I'm [Your Name] with [Brokerage]. I saw your request on [site/source] about [address/neighborhood]. I pulled 3 better options you probably haven’t seen yet. Want them by text, or a 10‑minute call? Reply 'LIST' for links or 'TOUR' with a time today or tomorrow. No spam. I work on your terms. Talk soon, {firstname}."
5) Export, copy the video link.
6) Text/email it to the lead:
SMS: "Hey {firstname} — quick video I made for you: [videolink]. Want 'LIST' or 'TOUR'?"
Email subject: "{first_name}, quick video for you" — paste the link.
7) Log replies in your CRM. Repeat per lead (90 seconds each).
