THANKS Faith for putting this community together.
Mike Bavuso, here, owner of (2) Boston area moving and storage companies. I founded Big Foot Moving & Storage, Inc. after college some 25+ yrs ago and then acquired the real estate and business assets of John Palmer Moving & Storage, and Atlas Van Lines agent, some 10 years ago. My best advice to fellow owners is to scratch and crawl to buy your own building. It does not matter the size or location, just get into the game and paydown a mortgage not rent to a Landlord. The real estate play is your retirement!
