I share my background because you should know the lenses through which you’re investing your own mindstream. I’m a Gelugpa Tibetan Buddhist initiate, shaped by years of traditional Buddhist mind training & Ngöndro with my heart teacher, a Shaolin-trained Daoist priest who relentlessly challenged how I thought, perceived, reacted & practiced. My children and mother trained my heart and gave me insight no teacher ever could.
Through meditation, thought-experiments & fieldwork, we’ll explore motivation, refuge, purification, compassion, dṛṣṭi & discernment.
