What if you removed the pressure of results?
I have a question for you today and I want you to actually sit with it before you answer.
What would building look like if you completely removed the pressure of results?
Not forever.
Just β€” what if for the next 30 days β€” you built because it mattered to you, because it was yours, because it gave you something β€” regardless of what it returned?
What would you make?
How would you show up?
What would you stop doing?
What would you actually enjoy?
I ask this because I've noticed something in the moms who build most sustainably.
They are not detached from results.
But they are not held hostage by them either.
They have found a way to care about the outcome without letting the outcome determine their worth on any given day.
That posture β€” that particular kind of groundedness β€” is actually a business strategy.
Because the mom who keeps building calmly when nothing is happening yet is the mom who is still there when things start to move.
Sustainability is a competitive advantage.
And it starts with answering that question honestly.
