COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENT

I want to take a moment to clarify something very important regarding this community, the Danni-Duck files, and future releases.

This community was created to help people learn, grow, and become better at 3D printing while also giving members access to designs and resources that I personally spent countless hours creating, testing, branding, and building from the ground up.

Recently, a member of this group created an outward-facing website using my products/files to directly compete for sales in the exact same Facebook groups and customer spaces where I actively market and sell my own products.

Because of that, that member has been removed from the community and will no longer receive access to future releases.

Going forward, I need everyone to clearly understand these rules:

• My digital files may NOT be uploaded, sold, shared, traded, or redistributed to any individual, marketplace, website, or file-sharing platform, including but not limited to Etsy, CGTrader, MakerWorld, Thingiverse, and Cults3D.

• If you are found selling, sharing, redistributing, or uploading my digital files online, you will be removed from this community immediately and permanently lose access to all future releases.

• If you see that I have already posted a product for sale inside a Facebook group or on a Facebook page, please do NOT enter that same group and directly compete against me using my own designs.

There are literally HUNDREDS of Facebook groups available to market products in, and so far I have only actively posted in about 4 groups. I am simply asking for basic respect and professional courtesy regarding the spaces where I have already established my brand and customer base.

I am MORE than happy to help people learn.

I am MORE than happy to help people grow.

I am MORE than happy to see members become successful.

But there is a difference between learning from a community and using that access to compete directly against the creator who built it.

I have invested an enormous amount of time, money, creativity, energy, and branding into building the Danni-Duck brand, and I will protect that work.

Going forward, I will also be tightening licensing and usage rules around future file releases to better protect both the brand and the integrity of this community.

I appreciate everyone here who has supported this journey the right way and understands the importance of respecting creators and original work.

BEFORE YOU POST MAKE OF MY FILES TO SELL please check in with me so that you aren’t posting in the same groups I am established and posting in.

This will prevent any “selling on top, of each other” situations in the future.
