Thank you all for joining, sometimes it’s good to make light of mental health. It does no harm. It will make you feel like the whole world is going nuts and it’s not just you. I do that often as I am Bipolar 1. I do great on my meds and I go to counseling. It is a better life if you can find the right meds to be on and have a good counselor. I take ahold of a situation and think about it before taking action. I have done things I’m not proud of. I have my ups and downs. I can now control it and it does not control me. I would like others to get to this point and if I can coach you and help you to be better for it, it would mean the world to me.
