This week, we’re going to build momentum by sharpening one skill: awareness of our money behaviors.
🏗️ Activity: “Track the Trigger”
For the next 7 days, write down every financial decision you make in real time—big or small—and what triggered it.
Examples:
- Bought lunch out instead of bringing it → Trigger = convenience / “I was rushing.”
- Paid a bill late → Trigger = avoidance / “I didn’t want to look at my balance.”
- Saved $50 automatically → Trigger = system / “I set it up last month, didn’t think twice.”
👉 The goal isn’t to judge yourself. It’s to build awareness of the patterns running in the background.

- Keep a simple list in Notes on your phone or in a small notebook.
- At the end of each day, post ONE insight in the community:
